Paco Rivera

Greetings, I'm Paco Rivera, a dedicated REALTOR® based in Winnipeg. My passion for real estate has been a driving force in my life, motivating me to assist clients in discovering their ideal properties.

My journey began in Mexico, where I was raised, granting me fluency in both Spanish and English. The story unfolds as my family and I relocated to Winnipeg, settling in the picturesque neighbourhood of Fort Garry. Having gone through an immigration process, I acquired deep knowledge and a broad understanding of the procedures people must complete.

I am an entrepreneur by nature. I attained a bachelor’s degree in accounting, amassing over a decade of experience administrating and growing a family business from scratch, which we still run and manage today. During my university years, I also worked as a real estate agent in my home country. All these experiences and backgrounds helped me hone my customer service and negotiation skills.

In 2016, I purchased my first property and quickly realized the benefits of investing in real estate. Recently, I bought my second property in Canada, which we substantially renovated, multiplying the equity in it.
