Growing up in Montreal speaking both french and english fluently was natural. For my first career job, I joined our national airline and moved to Vancouver and then Calgary for a while before getting to Winnipeg in 1999. Moving to a few different parts of the city, from North Kildonan to Bridgwater and St Vital - I always loved the people I met in my new hometown.
When I bought my first duplex in 2003 I learned quickly that there were benefits to having investment properties and I did my very best to learn them inside out. After a triplex and four other single family homes I felt I got my feet wet enough, and needed to learn a different side of real estate investments. I "flipped" my first property in 2004 and gained even more experience in that domain. When I decided to get my real estate license, I started work on a team in 2006 and the leaning continued. By 2009 I was working as a solo REALTOR® and ranked top ten provincially for individual agents. In 2011 I tore down a home and built from scratch in North River Heights and got more and more experience. With a continued appetite to grow, I obtained my Broker's licence in 2013. In 2017 I opened RE/MAX One Group with a goal to expand with good people surrounding me. Operating a team at The Kirady Group at RE/MAX One Group is something that I look forward to every day I wake up.
Representing both buyers and sellers throughout my career and still today, I get the most pleasure out of helping people achieve their goals and dreams. The smile on clients and friends faces when they accomplish it has always been the reward I adore most.
